Position Summary
The QA Data Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Total Quality Management department by reviewing program and QA-related data, compiling reports, supporting business intelligence initiatives, and assisting in the identification of quality improvement opportunities. The Specialist provides technical and clerical support for QA systems and tools, facilitates training on project and data management software, manages project tracking and follow-up, and contributes to data-driven decision-making processes that advance the organization's commitment to high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, collect, and analyze program and QA-related data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for quality improvement.
- Compile data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and regulatory reviews.
- Assist in the design, execution, and evaluation of quality improvement initiatives and business intelligence projects.
- Manage project tracking systems and coordinate task follow-up to support timely progress on assigned quality and compliance initiatives.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on QA-related systems, data platforms, and project management tools.
- Support data entry, correspondence, and administrative tasks related to audits, incident tracking, compliance reporting, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with QA team members to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify outliers, and flag systemic concerns.
- Ensure timely and accurate data management in accordance with regulatory, contractual, and internal standards.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records, forms, and documentation to support audits and agency reviews.
- Manage filing systems and document retention practices in accordance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparing materials for internal audits, regulatory site visits, board presentations, and trend analysis meetings.
- Support development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guides related to QA data practices.
