JOB SUMMARY

In this role, you'll support the smooth operation of our Human Resources (HR) department. You'll work closely with the Human Resources Human Resources team, providing administrative assistance across various HR functions.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Assist with screening resumes and conducting phone interviews to identify promising candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, professional networking sites, and employee referrals
  • Assist with onboarding new hires by preparing paperwork, working with site liaisons, and conducting benefit orientations, as requested  
  • Assist with benefits administration, such as enrolling new employees, processing changes, and answering employee inquiries.
  • Provide backup support to human resource functions
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management (preferred)

  • Prior experience with Paycom and/or other recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (preferred)

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR or administrative role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to learn and adapt to new Human Resources processes and systems

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.

 

COMPENSATION

In the spirit of transparency, we are pleased to announce that the starting compensation range for this position is $18.00/hour. If hired with Innovo Research, your final base wage will be decided by geographic location, abilities, education, and/or experience. In addition to those elements, we believe in the value of pay equity and include the internal equity of our present team members in any final offer.

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

This job operates in a remote environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, and phones. Flexibility in hours is allowed, preferably between the hours of 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a maximum of 15 hours a week.

 

This is a non-exempt position under the federal and state wage and hour laws, which means you are eligible for overtime pay beyond your salary.
