QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of experience in complex data analysis and presentation
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
-
Advanced experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Cloud, and Tableau Prep Builder
-
Some experience with other analysis and visualization tools is helpful
-
Experience with data visualization principles and best practices
-
Knowledge of Salesforce NPSP or NPC and BitFocus Clarity strongly preferred
-
Versed in relational database queries with SQL and SOQL
-
Knowledge of tools and practices in data manipulation and transformation
-
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
-
Background in working with nonprofit human services organizations preferred
Additional Desired Skills

Scripting languages such as Python, R, JavaScript

Experience with a relational database such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server or

MariaDB

Experience with "big data" systems or non-traditional databases such as Apache Spark,

Hadoop HIVE, Cloudera Impala, Neo4J

Familiarity with some AI/ML approaches such as k-means clustering

Familiarity with geospatial data sources, file formats and tools, such as ArcGIS, QGIS,

PostGIS, shape files, geometries
