Position Type: Part time, non-exempt
Purpose:
Coordinating and overseeing the development, execution, and delivery of various Communications projects within Perimeter Church. Managing project timelines, collaborating with ministry leaders and creatives, and ensuring all communications materials align with the church’s mission and brand.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of communications projects, from initial request to final delivery.
- Maintain and update project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met
- Collaborate with ministry staff to understand their communication needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Input and track projects through the Communications Program.
- Collaborate with the Communications Program Manager to prioritize and coordinate projects.
- Serve as a liaison between the Communications Department and other church ministries, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and alignment of goals
- Facilitate regular meetings with project stakeholders to review progress, address concerns, and adjust plans as necessary.
- Assist in managing project budgets, ensuring that all activities are completed within the allocated resources.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners as needed, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Collaborate with the COM team to plan project timetables and deliverables and ensure content aligns with the church’s branding and style guide.
- Coordinate content scheduling and publishing to align with the church’s overall communications strategy.
- Develop content for digital and printed communication materials to support project goals.
- Provide support for special events and church-wide initiatives as needed.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Communications Program Manager.
