HR Training Intern/Learning and Development
- The HR Training Intern will support Community Housing Innovations (CHI) projects within our department through data gathering and analysis and/or providing administrative support.
- Support and organize training functions, learning sessions, and meetings while developing skills and knowledge in the field.
- Work with the Training Director and Training Specialist to contribute ideas, offer insights, and collaborate on tasks or projects.
- Complete tasks and meet deadlines based on responsibilities.
- Possess efficient problem-solving skills along with strong organizational abilities.
- Has the ability to prepare reports, presentations, or documentation based on their assigned projects or tasks.
- Networking: Engage with professionals within the company, attending networking events, and building connections for future career opportunities.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills are essential.

- Strong interest in human resources, learning and development, talent management, or related fields.
- Computer software knowledge Microsoft Tools (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, etc.).
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (ability to use basic formulas & functions, cell referencing, data sorting & filtering, charts & graphs, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting, importing & exporting data, etc.)
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems a plus
- Knowledge in video editing a plus
