Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, case management or housing assistance.
- Knowledge of HUD standards and requirements for housing assistance programs is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with program systems of record and data management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
