What do I need to apply?
- Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED. Three years of experience in maintenance or a related field may be substituted for high School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Certificates: F-02 or F80 Fire Safety Coordinator certification, required (or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire)
- Communication: Proficiency in English required. Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
- Reasoning Ability: make judgment calls, perform proper notifications, and make appropriate decisions.
- Physical Performance: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50lbs), tour entire property, walk distances, and climb stairs (2-4 flights).
- Other Skills: Ability to work independently or as part of a team, work well under pressure, meet deadlines, multitask, be flexible, and maintain a high level of attention to details.
