Join our sales team at Evamor Products, LLC in the Houston market!  evamor is an alkaline, artesian water with a natural pH ranging from 8.8-9.1.

Job Summary:  The Regional Sales Manager, the lead key salesperson in the Houston territory, will execute a go-to-market strategy within the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) system as well as manage the build strong relationships with evamor's distribution partners.  

Essential Functions:

  • Implements sales strategies to deliver annual volume objectives of the region, expanding independent and key account and package distribution to maximize sales
  • Build and maintain regional key account business and relationships
  • Continuously monitor and report competitive activities while keeping abreast of market trends
  • Monitor the performance of distributors within the Houston territory, identify issues and resolve them quickly
  • Work with distributor personnel and retailers to ensure sales, distribution and merchandising objectives are met
  • Rolls out and champions evamor's brand platform across all market segments
  • Effectively leverage Field Marketing resources with local retailers and support key retailer sales calls with the Sr National Account Manager
  • Respond timely to customer inquiries and resolve issues and concern promptly while keeping customer retention a priority
  • Establish sales budgets for the assigned geography, in conjunction with the VP of Distribution
  • Use the ShelvSpace (Wiser) App daily to record account calls, accomplishments and opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field preferred
  • 8+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience growing markets within the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry, preferably food/beverage
  • Experience working for or with Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Distributors
  • Account sales experience is a plus
  • Proactive, self-starter with the demonstrated success consistently achieving sales volume, distribution, and profitability goals, regardless of obstacles or circumstances
  • Responsive and flexible with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Confident and decisive decision maker
  • Resourceful and innovative problem solver with ability to identify alternative solutions and select the best option
  • Strong sense of urgency to meet schedules, deadlines, quotas, and performance goals
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Sound financial acumen
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs, advanced Excel skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel overnight as needed
  • Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 pounds
