What You’ll Do

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Ecommerce Specialist to optimize and manage our digital sales channels. You'll play a pivotal role in driving online revenue by ensuring seamless operations across our eCommerce platforms: Shopify and Amazon. This role is perfect for someone who thrives working independently, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about research. You'll collaborate closely with the CX, content, operations, and sales teams to execute strategies that drive sales.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Sales Channels Execution & Monitoring: Oversee daily operations of Shopify and Amazon, ensuring optimal performance, compliance and functionality by addressing issues proactively.
  • Inventory Maintenance: Reconcile Shopify inventory with operations software in the short-term and be prepared to be a key player in the migration to new software by EOY.
  • Site Merchandising: Develop and implement strategies to improve product discoverability.
  • Shopify Apps Management: Evaluate, implement, and manage Shopify apps to enhance functionality, value, and user experience.
  • Promotion Execution: Deploy and maintain discount codes, make promotion-based content changes, and ensure all short-term price changes are accurate and timely.
  • Website Maintenance: Spot-check for issues/errors and maintain a calendar for seasonal content updates (e.g., images, copy, widgets). Act as a key contact for web development agencies and own a site improvement roadmap.
  • Product Management: Manage products, variants, images, swatches, meta descriptions, and collections for a seamless customer journey.
  • Orders: Create and ensure delivery of sample or seed orders for media, content, and external partners.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 2+ years of eCommerce experience, including Amazon Seller Central and Shopify (theme customization, app implementation, and basic CSS adjustments).
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Ability to visit the office in Buford, Georgia as needed.
  • Analytical problem-solver that’s able to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance independently.
  • Quick learner with digital tools that impact ecommerce functionality, like Google Tag Manager, and a detail-oriented approach to process improvement.
