Title: Software QA Analyst

Work Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Onsite Presence: Hybrid – onsite at least 1x a month and as needed
Position Objectives & General Responsibilities
The main purpose of this role within the company is ensure a high-quality, bug-free user experience for both external, client facing systems (web-apps) and internal, business line used systems (win-apps). To ensure our products meet the business requirements, and functionality required by users. The testing process will include identifying test scenarios. Analyzing business requirements and create/execute test cases/plans. Reporting clear test results, and test status to the various teams. We are looking for a motivated candidate who likes working in a fast-past environment that looks to maximize our Agile Scrum methodology by implemented inline QA testing.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fully understand how users (experienced and inexperienced) may use the system so you can accurately represent the client experience.
- Test software to ensure products meet design specifications and functionality requested by users.
- Work closely with development, business and project management teams to complete requirements and projects that will introduce new features and functionality to all our applications.
- Develop, maintain and execute manual test cases, test scenarios and test plans
- Report, track, and monitor defects in Jira and Confluence.
