MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Certifications & Experience Required:
- Must be 18 years of age.
- First Aid and CPR certifications (will be able to obtain during staff training).
- Completion of camp training session required.
Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to aid in facilitating an empowering organized program through teaching encouragement and support.
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
- Willing and able to work in a physically and mentally demanding environment on a daily basis.

Once a conditional offer is made, candidates will be subject to criminal background check, drug screen, and will be asked to provide criminal history.
