Do you have a passion for Smart Home Automation and the ability to guide prospective clients through the design and selection process?  This role is not just about sales, it’s about becoming a trusted advisor, providing both pre-sale technical guidance and post-sale support to ensure an outstanding customer experience.  The successful candidate will receive a strong base salary, car allowance and uncapped commission.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including MDU builders, architects, interior designers, property developers, and other stakeholders influential in the home automation sector.
  • Educate clients on our product portfolio, ensuring informed decision-making aligned with their lifestyle and project needs. Provide continuous support and follow-up throughout the selection process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in home automation to effectively position our offerings and differentiate them in the market.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client's needs, propose solutions, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our home automation products and services.
  • Establish, qualify, and convert new leads into opportunities and orders requiring follow-up and relationship development

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years selling home automation
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect and influence various stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage client's expectations efficiently and effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Must be a team player and collaborate well with others
