We’re seeking an experienced Dealership Controller to play a key role in our expanding dealership group. This high-impact position is ideal for a seasoned automotive financial leader who excels in both store-level financial management and shared services leadership within a centralized accounting structure.

What You’ll Own:

🔹 Full responsibility for store financial statements and reporting
🔹 Leadership in shared services, ensuring efficiency across multiple stores
🔹 Partnering with senior leadership to drive financial performance
🔹 Mentoring and developing accounting teams to support scalability

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Proven experience as a Controller in the automotive retail industry

✅ Strong leadership and multi-store financial management skills

✅ Ability to navigate and optimize a centralized accounting model

✅ Passion for process improvement, accuracy, and team development

✅Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
