Responsibilities
+ Provide guests with an amazing customer service experience
+ Uphold our highest standards of hospitality by being warm, courteous, and professional toward the guests at all times
+ Lead and coordinate timeliness for the day's deliveriesÂ
+ Assist with delivering recoveries, potentially outside of the normal work hours
+ After completing training, the Concierge will coordinate between the guest and our team. The concierge will learn to route and dispatch our deliveries, help problem solve, and communicate with the drivers about their routes, as well as guests with any questions.
+ Execute duties in an efficient and attentive manner
+ Gather personal details about our guests to customize and data-mine for future BPA opportunities
