Licensing / Certifications
Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and maintain a driving record that is in good standing and report any changes to driving record.  Regular driving record updates may be requested.

Qualifications
- This position requires a minimum of high school diploma/equivalency or at least one year of progressive experience in a customer service, hospitality, or a related field required.
- Must be able to resolve guest complaints and issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak in English.
- Ability to operate a computer and software programs preferred.
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger and collect accurate information.
- Proficiently, drive a stick-shift (manual) transmission vehicle

Working Conditions
Must be able to be regularly exposed to outside in all types of weather (excessive heat, rain, cold, wind, etc.) conditions and frequently exposed to vehicle exhaust fumes. Â

Physical Requirements
- Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
- Ability to drive a wide variety of vehicles, including those with a manual transmission.
- Ability to run at top speed and ability to stand during entire shift.
- Ability to occasionally sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.Â
- Ability to stand, walk and/or sit and continuously perform essential job functions.Â
- Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling and walking.
- Ability to use hands and fingers to drive vehicles as well as to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages, boxes and luggage with sufficient manual dexterity in both hands to be able to load and unload luggage up to 75 lbs.Â
- Must have close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions, and ability to adjust focus.Â
