- Spearhead the creation of innovative product strategies for Market Research.
- Architect and refine the product roadmap, craft detailed requirements, and bolster strategic initiatives.
- Take ownership of the product roadmap, establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success and impact of product initiatives.
- Harness data-driven insights to strategically prioritize and steer decision-making processes.
- Product Development and Management
- Drive the product development cycle, focusing on enhancing survey, insights, and market research functionalities.
- Collaborate intensively with user research, design, and engineering teams to transform customer insights into precise product specifications.
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to fuse cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies into our Insights products.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance metrics to pinpoint and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
- Customer Engagement and Requirements Gathering
- Actively engage with both internal and external customers, eliciting critical insights and meticulously crafting requirements.
- Analyze and interpret user research data, including surveys, interviews, and user testing outcomes, to inform product development.
- Documentation and Process Improvement
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and mockups.
- Proactively refine and enhance established processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
