Position Summary: Support the IT team by providing platform security, cost optimization, mentoring, and process improvement. Plays a pivotal role in deploying, managing, and optimizing cloud, hybrid, and on-premises platforms to ensure seamless operations and superior client service delivery.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage IT projects and provide reasonable timely fashioned service delivery.
- Design, deploy, and manage virtualization platforms on Azure, AWS or other cloud, hybrid, on premises environment.
- Configure and maintain cloud environments with Azure services, including VNET, Azure AD, DNS, VMs, Blob storage, Azure Firewall, SSO (single sign on), SSL certificates.
- Configure and Manage Microsoft 365 platforms, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD, ensuring seamless cloud service integration. Including other third-party applications.
- Configure and Manage Data integration using such as open API or any other integration tools and application to create integration between multiple application.
- Oversee network configurations, including Cisco Meraki, Ubiquity, Datto appliances and VPN solutions.
- Configure and Manage MDM tools and other IT device management applications, Network Policy, Application Control, DNS control.
- Implement and maintain robust data protection strategies with tools like Veeam Backup, Datto Backup, SaaS Backup for Microsoft 365, SaaS backup for Salesforces.
- Configure and manage IT Security such as office 365 email filtering, anti-spam, email policies.
- Endpoint security such as antivirus, zero trust software deployment. Ensure encryptions are in place.
- Maintain IT security compliances such as HIPAA, PHI, PII, etc.
- Optimize and monitor Windows and Linux servers, SQL Server environments, and Active Directory infrastructure for peak performance and reliability.
- Leverage advanced troubleshooting and performance optimization techniques to minimize downtime and ensure high availability.
- Assist Helpdesk team with escalation tickets, resolve escalated tickets within SLA time.
- Collaborate and work with internal cross functional team, vendors and partners companies.
- Assist with website hosting, Website configuration and website maintenance.
- Assist Outcomes Manager with data related tasks and CRM, ERP applications.
- Mentor other technicians and contribute to continuous process improvements and knowledge sharing.
- Practice and role model customer service excellence.
- Works with coworkers and volunteers to promote a positive, respectful, and productive working environment, while protecting client confidentiality and dignity.
- Within the context of the stated principle job duties, serve as an ambassador of SNAP’s mission and values.
- Completes assigned projects and performs related duties as needed or situation dictates.
