Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Ability to learn product offering and how it relates to customers and ultimately growth.
- Analyze competitors’ product position to understand opportunities for expansion.
- Strong Analytical skills.
- Strong Excel skills that allow analyzing large data sets.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Power Point).
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable identifying, managing, and escalating risks and issues as needed.
- Strong desire to learn and grow.
- Communication and team working skills.
- Exceptional follow-through and initiative.
- Ability to work with aggressive timelines and deliver.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.
- Previous product management or related experience in Industrial or Electronics distribution a plus.
- College Degree preferred or minimum 4 years of product management.
- Knowledge of Electronic Production Supplies and Electromechanical products a plus
