Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced residential rental community
- Self-starter with a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Responsible for oversight of all resident financial accounts including but not limited to rent collections, service of 5 and 10-day notices and final account closeout.
- Knowledge of effective marketing, sales and closing techniques
- Must be computer savvy. Experience with Yardi Voyager, CRM, and Rent Cafe a plus.
- Availability to work Saturdays
- Performing any other tasks as directed by the Community Manager or Vice President of Operations
