Position Purpose
Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of public areas.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, procedures and standards.
- Cleaning (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, deep cleaning with bonnet machine, etc.) of all restaurants, public areas, including the pool area and guest bathrooms.
- Set up poolside with logo pool towels.
- Moving and rearranging furniture (sofas, tables, chairs, etc.) in restaurant and lounge areas.
- Separate, spot clean and process all F&B linens.
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of all stone floorings- sweeping, mopping, bonnet machine.
- Maintain the physical setup and appearance of public areas.
- Detail work in the lobby and lounge areas: dust all crevices, stair banisters, baseboards, ceiling vents, lamp bases.
- Assist team members when needed.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures that pertain to the job.
- Report and record any lost and found items.
- Respond to guest requests and service calls in a timely manner.
- Report and record any damages, discrepancies and/or malfunctioned equipment to supervisor(s).
