OBJECTIVE:
Maintain and increase sales of fertilizer products to independent retail and non-affiliated cooperatives in the mid-west. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.
OUR EXPECTATIONS ARE THAT YOU:
- Work in conjunction with the Plant Foods division to grow fertilizer sales
- Work with the Plant Foods division to increase overall margin
- Provide market intelligence to the Plant Foods division
- Meet sales quotas for plant foods to non-company owned and dealers
- Make personal sales calls

HIGHLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BRING:
- BS degree or minimum two years marketing/sales experience within the fertilizer industry
