Responsibilities: This person will be integral to all accounting responsibilities for retail locations within MFA. They will also support Merchant operating systems through continued training and onsite assistance. They will work to continue implementing Merchant systems throughout company locations and facilitate integration with external vendors. They will provide reporting and data as needed. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.
What You’ll Do
- Provide support for all Retail and Local affiliate locations on procedures involving the Merchant Software
- Support will require an on-call weekend with rotation with other employees
- Collaborate with B2B clients to plan and execute new project implementations and testing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Gather and document reporting requirements from internal departments and individual stakeholders, enabling accurate and relevant data insights for various business functions.
- Create, maintain, and optimize custom reports within SQL Server Management Studio and other tools as needed, translating raw data into useful business insights.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the application data dictionary, empowering quick reference and efficient data extraction processes.
- Work with existing SQL scripts and output to meeting continuing reporting needs.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Ag Business or related field
- General Knowledge of agriculture
- Experience troubleshooting hardware/software issues
