Responsibilities: This person will provide high-quality and timely printing and mailing services in support of business operations. Maintain a professional atmosphere and work with internal copy center clients to be part of a team that provides top-end service and pro-level work. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.
What You’ll Do
- Learn to set up and print projects, including marketing material, postcards, newsletters, single prints, special projects, etc., on high-production digital printers.
- Print and mail daily invoices
- Learn and maintain knowledge of printing materials; match appropriate materials to jobs
- Help maintain Copy Center equipment within the manufacturer’s specifications, including:
- Printers
- Cutter
- Paper Folder
- Creaser
- Hole Punch
- Small Inserter
- Glue-and-pad board
- Gluing sets on pad board
- Stock Copy Center with needed materials, including all sizes and weights of cardstock, paper, and specialty paper.
- Maintaining appropriate levels of each to meet anticipated seasonal demand
- Prep statement stock paper and any vendor-supplied materials in advance of statement printing
- Manage the supply of printed collateral on hand to support marketing and business needs
- Learn and keep current with Postal regulations
- Pick up and deliver mail at assigned USPS facilities with own vehicle
- Sort mail and other packages to be delivered to Home Office departments
- Manage internal mail routes
- Operate postage machine for outgoing mail
- Pull slot mail on assigned schedule
- Assist with packing and shipping operations
- Operate Bell and Howell Inserter

Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge or exposure to Adobe and InDesign (helpful)
