If you’re passionate about taking a hands-on approach to production, organization, and process improvement while working in a dynamic and sustainable environment, this opportunity is for you!

About Us

At La Tourangelle, we craft premium, artisanal oils and salad dressings inspired by the rich traditions of France’s Loire Valley. We are proud to be family-owned and operated, committed to sustainable practices and dedicated to quality. About the Role

As the Artisan Mill Facility Supervisor, you will work alongside your team to manage and participate in daily operations across both our food-grade roasting facility and non-food-grade oil mill. You will also lead and engage in the Molecular Distillation (MD) process. Your role will be critical in ensuring production standards, safety, and quality while mentoring a dedicated team of production, mill, and orchard staff. You will ensure smooth operations across multiple shifts, providing direct support in all areas and driving continuous improvement.

  • Career growth potential in a company known for high employee retention and development opportunities.
  • A positive and inclusive work environment, as reflected by our high ratings on Indeed and Glassdoor.
  • Competitive compensation and the chance to work with locally and nationally respected premium products.
  • Sustainably-minded operations, including solar-powered production processes and a focus on environmental responsibility.

  • Participate in team meetings, actively contributing to safety procedures, production goals, and team development.

Facilities and Grounds Maintenance:

  • Engage with your team in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of the facility grounds, including the oil pressing mill, roasting facility, and farm grounds.
