Position Title: Office/Accounting Admin

M-F, 8 hours Depending on Schedule
Weekend and Holidays as needed
Travel Required: 5%
Reports to: Accounting and HR
GENERAL TASKS
The Office/Accounting Admin is responsible for supporting the administrative and accounting functions at both the Main Street Warehouse and Artisan Mill locations. This role includes entry-level scanning, data entry, mail management, and general administrative support, ensuring smooth operations across departments.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Document Management:

- Scan and organize Outbound Bills of Lading, Inbound Packing Lists, and Receiving Checklists for both locations.
- Ensure all scanned documents are accurately filed and forwarded to the appropriate departments, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Mail Handling:

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning and distributing mail to the relevant departments.
- Ensure timely handling of important documents, invoices, and correspondence.
Data Entry:

- Perform entry-level data entry of timecard information into the HRIS system.
- Process temporary worker profiles and maintain accurate records in the HRIS system.
- Perform entry-level data entry of vendor invoices into Account Payables system.
Event Support:

- Assist with the preparation and logistics of company events, including ordering lunches and coordinating meeting spaces.
- Provide on-site support during events as needed.
Administrative Support:

- Support with special projects as assigned by management, including research, data compilation, and reporting.
- Assist with meeting logistics, including scheduling, ordering supplies, and preparing meeting materials.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 1-2 years in an administrative or office support role.
Skills:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus, but not required.
Physical Requirements:

- Ability to work in an office setting.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Additional Qualifications:

- Experience with HRIS or similar systems is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
