Anyone Home is a fast-growing SaaS company specializing in the single and multi-family rental housing industry. We support property management companies by assisting their prospective renters and by taking the struggle out of finding an apartment or a new home!
 

Job Description Summary

The Product Manager will be focused on building & maintaining part of Anyone Home's application platform. This includes increasing the profitability of our existing products as well as developing new products for the company.  You must possess a blend of business and technical skills, someone with big-picture vision and the drive to make it a reality. 


What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)

  • Gather and synthesize feedback from clients, prospective clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Develop a product strategy with corresponding short, mid, and long term roadmaps
  • Decide which new features will provide the most value to the business
  • Create UX wireframes
  • Break down large projects into executable tasks by the dev team
  • Help the dev team estimate timelines for deliverables
  • Motivate the team to deliver on time
  • Communicate status to clients and internal stakeholders (CEO and CTO)
  • Solve problems as they come up
  • Manage an offshore development team 
  • Attend select tradeshows and attend client and prospect related meetings and dinners
  • Develop and participate in live panels and webinars
  • Join select meetings with sales

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For (Minimum qualifications)

  • 2 - 3 years as a Product Manager, preferably with CRM related feature-sets
  • Demonstrated understanding of the multifamily technology landscape, including the competitive landscape and key industry trends.
  • Direct experience in the multifamily industry is highly desirable
  • Experience with agile software development practices (preferably with offshore development teams) 
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) that allow you to work effectively with everyone from engineers to sales reps to the CEO 
  • Ability to create UX mockups
  • Experience gathering and synthesizing client feedback and translating it into actionable product improvements
  • Ability to prioritize competing priorities backed by sound reasoning and/or data 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and can operate independently 
  • Comfortable with public speaking, in-person and on web meetings
  • Experience with basic database querying, or can demonstrate through related experience the ability to learn

 

 

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to technology, economics, business, or data analysis, or equivalent experience in a product management role.
