SUMMARY
Core responsibility: Performed preventive maintenance on all plant equipment, electrical and mechanical.
Installed, maintained, and repaired electromechanical system, machinery, electro control, PLC programming, servo drive, and related components, and other electrical control functions in the plant.
Fully analyze required blueprints, drawings, work orders, maintenance procedures, OEM instructions, and sketches to facilitate the fabrication, assembly/maintenance of machinery, and installation of desired parts. Â Able to detect errors and correct them through proper channels. Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical circuitry used in manufacturing, material handling, R&D equipment, building facilities, environmental chambers, air compressors, and UPS systems.Â
Good verbal and written communication skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•   Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring and equipment.
•   Diagnose malfunctioning system, apparatus, and components, using equipment and tools to locate the root cause and provide countermeasure.
•   Inspect electrical systems and equipment to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment and replacement.
•   Understand and able to modify parameters in PLC and VFD
•   Ensure all work is performed following code.
•   Able to use a variety of tools and gauges to repair and diagnose production machinery.Â
•   Troubleshoot all electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues on manufacturing / R&D equipment, building facilities in accordance with government local electrical requirements, OSHA and NFPA 79Â
•   Perform preventive maintenance service of production equipment during scheduled machine services.
