SUMMARY
CTC Global is seeking a highly motivated, detailed-oriented, and driven CRM Administrator to fill our CRM Business Analyst role. As a member of the Commercial Operations team, you will be leading Microsoft Dynamics CRM initiatives and working cross-functionally to drive system improvements across the global business organizations. The CRM Business Analyst is a team resource that has familiarity with Sales Team business processes and all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics CRM including technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and all related policies and procedures. This role also supports Sales and Marketing with quantitative analysis and data-driven insights.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the maintenance and effectiveness of the CRM system.
- Perform Dynamics CRM system administration, configuration and customizations.
- Design, develop, and customize the platform to promote adoption and streamline business processes.
- Develop workflows and automation to streamline business operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and work with users to ensure the system meets individual team's needs.
- Optimize the CRM system to provide a practical and custom user experience for CRM users across the global organization.
- Seek out, contribute, and implement ideas for process improvements/innovations that will add value to the business and team.
- Maintain data integrity by performing data analysis and data cleansing.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Microsoft Dynamics CRM reporting tools.
- Investigate and resolve data and reporting inconsistencies as well as become the subject matter expert for the area being analyzed.
- Create and maintain business process documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and system configuration documentation.
- Assist with sales and marketing analytics.
- Develop ad-hoc reports as requested and perform analysis as required.
