The Vice-Chair will work closely with the Chair to coordinate committee activities, manage assigned projects, and ensure alignment with APPA’s strategic goals. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to APPA’s mission, gain visibility within the educational facilities community, and shape the future of facilities management.

Key Responsibilities of the Vice Chair:

  • Assist the Chair in leading BPAC meetings and initiatives.
  • Step in for the Chair when necessary.
  • Help develop and oversee the committee’s action plan and deliverables.
  • Foster collaboration among committee members and APPA stakeholders.
  • Commit to a two-year term.

 

Qualifications

Active APPA Business Partner membership

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Demonstrated commitment to APPA’s mission and strategic goals.

Experience in the educational facilities industry, with an ability to provide innovative perspectives.
