- Complete necessary requirements and work toward membership in the PGA of America and/or LPGA.
- Supervise and manage the total golf operations in a professional and efficient manner in the absence of the Head Golf Professional. (extent of responsibility dependent on the level of the individual)
- Provide excellent customer services, professional advice and assistance to all patrons.
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner and always maintain a professional image.
- Be informed on and promote all club activities and services.
- Control and manage play; ensure guest check-in and fee collection in coordination with the starter.
- Assist in the purchasing, receipt, display, inventory, control, promotion and sales of merchandise.
- Proficient in the handicap program.
- Assist in managing tournaments and outings.
- Make a great first impression, you only get one.
- Serve our guests with a “CAN-DO ATTITUDE”.
- Perform in accordance with the daily procedures.
- Stage carts in staging area in an orderly and neat fashion.
- Keep all carts clean and neat.
- Responsible for the driving range. Keeping the balls stocked, range picked, balls cleaned, and keeping range in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Assist guests with golf clubs. A guest should never have to carry their golf clubs once they arrive in the parking lot.
- Man bag drop area. Assist guests with golf clubs on and off bag drop.
- Load and unload guest’s clubs from golf carts.
- Clean guest's clubs upon completion of their round.
- Keep cart staging and starting area non-congested, neat, and clean. Do not allow carts to clog the passage area and arrange them neatly after having been used.

Education/Experience:
1-year prior golf course experience preferred, not required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not require any supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
Work is performed in multiple outlets and facilities.
Physical Demands:
Primarily stationary such as sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time. Must have the ability to stand, walk, talk/hear, both in person and by telephone, occasionally required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pound boxes and items sometimes repeatedly.
Expected Hours of Work:
Variable work schedule with weekends included.
Travel:
Less than 10% travel required.
