Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Athletic Training from an accredited program.
- Certification: Current certification by the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer (BOC) and state licensure as an Athletic Trainer.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Athletic Trainer, preferably in an industrial, occupational, or outpatient clinical setting.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, assisting patients, and demonstrating exercises.
Preferred: Experience with industrial or occupational health programs and familiarity with workers’ compensation processes.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injuries, rehabilitation techniques, and injury prevention strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and motivate patients and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in ergonomic assessments and workplace safety protocols.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional early morning or evening hours to accommodate workplace schedules.
Travel: May require occasional visits to industrial worksites for assessments or training.
