HR Coordinator (Recruiting & HRIS Specialist – Paycom Experience Required)

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator with extensive recruiting experience and a strong background in HRIS systems, specifically Paycom. This role will be responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process, managing HRIS data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for talent acquisition and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, referrals) to attract top talent.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and effective employer branding.
HRIS & Paycom Management
- Maintain and update employee records in Paycom and other HRIS platforms.
- Process employee changes.
- Generate reports and analytics on HR metrics (turnover rates, time-to-fill, etc.).
- Assist employees with HRIS-related questions and troubleshoot system issues.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection and new hire orientations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Assist in benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations as needed.
- Maintain HR files, policies, and procedures.
- Provide general HR administrative support and participate in HR projects as assigned.
