πŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities:

  • Present financing and insurance options to customers in a clear, ethical, and compliant manner

  • Submit deals to financial institutions and obtain approvals

  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial partners

  • Prepare and review all documents related to vehicle sales and financing

  • Sell finance and insurance products, including extended warranties, GAP, and service contracts

  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

  • Support sales team with structuring deals for maximum profitability

Qualifications

βœ… Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of F&I or automotive sales management experience (Toyota experience a plus)

  • Strong understanding of lending practices, credit laws, and compliance

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

  • High level of integrity and professionalism

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Proficiency with dealer software (e.g., Dealertrack, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds), Reynolds IGNITE and DocuPadΒ experience a plus
