About the Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation
The Utah Athletic Foundation (dba Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization formed after the successful hosting of the Salt Lake 2002 Olympic Winter Games. Its unique purpose centers on fostering growth of winter sport in the State of Utah and to effectively manage the Utah Olympic Park, Utah Olympic Oval, and Soldier Hollow venues.

Overview
The accounting clerk plays a key role in supporting the accounting department by handling fundamental financial tasks and administrative responsibilities. This position is responsible for assisting with accounts payable, data entry, and maintaining accurate financial records to support the department's daily operations. Additionally, this role provides support to the HR team by assisting with employee onboarding and managing employee vouchers.
Objectives of this Role

Reconcile simple accounts, such as payroll, credit card transactions, and or vendor payments, under the guidance of the Accounting Assistant.

Assist Human Resources in overseeing the onboarding process, including coordinating I-9 verification appointments, conducting background/driving checks, and distributing employee vouchers.
Minimum Qualifications

Must be available to work weekdays. Some evenings, weekends, and holidays may be needed, especially for sport event assistance.

Balancing, bending, climbing, kneeling, walking, pushing, reaching above shoulders, and sitting.
