We have an opening for experienced, energetic, self-motivated, and reliable brand manager professionals servicing our retail partners in our Central PA territories.
Position Summary: To assist in the management of all assigned suppliers, including periodic incentives, annual business plans, and any annual wholesaler agreement assessments. Provide data analyses to management, sales, and operations to plan and execute opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison and facilitator between Wilsbach and assigned suppliers.
- Lead, establish and maintain thorough documentation of all applicable supplier brand programs.
- Develop localized marketing plans to support key initiatives.
- Responsible to develop, monitor and report on an annual marketing budget to be allocated across all suppliers and all resource categories.
- Collaborate with applicable team members on inventory control, SKU management, Pricing, PFP, media plans, sampling plans and other relevant material information that likely will impact demand.
- Responsible to review non-buy in-house and recommend appropriate action.Â
- Responsible for price file creation/adjustment/review for assigned supplier products. Apply for monthly brewery allowances. Ensure data is updated and maintained accurately by Pricing Coordinator.
- Analyze sales trends and make recommendations to ensure the greatest possible sales and distribution of products.
- Coordinate monthly sales objectives as related to overall market strategy and annual business plan.
- Ensure training requirements for sales department are met (attend regularly scheduled meetings).
- Provide Sales Management with monthly reports outlining sales execution from previous month.
- Attend wholesaler performance review meetings and other Supplier meetings as required.
- Execute individual market days, ride withs, and team sells as directed by management.
- Other duties as assigned.
