This role involves creating and nurturing relationships with people in our target markets and verticals. Your work at the beginning stage of these relationships helps us to find and begin to serve new customers together with your ongoing nurturing of potential and existing clients. X2O Media is looking for the right candidate who is a self-starter, motivated, persistent and loves getting to know new people.

The Inside Sales Representative is accountable for finding and nurturing X2O Media contacts and leads across North America, focused primarily on end-customer acquisition in the Fortune 500, promoting X2O Media's OneRoom and OneVu applications:
- Promoting the company products and services
- Understanding the geographical territory and major end-customers within our target markets and verticals
- Understanding our buyer personas, needs and "pains" of our target markets and verticals
- Ownership of the follow up cadence (to include email, LinkedIn and telephone follow ups) in relation to leads from marketing activities and tradeshows
- Use of Apollo (data mining) and Sales Navigator (professional SM and network) to create target lists for client acquisition campaigns or X2O Media events
- Ownership of the contact/nature cadence (to include email, LinkedIn and telephone follow ups) in relation to client acquisition campaigns or X2O Media events
- Updating and keeping detailed activity and progress notes in our CRM platform (Salesforce)
- Secure follow up discussions, onsite meetings and demo opportunities for the field based sales team
- Brainstorming and executing new strategies to attract major end-customers within our target markets and verticals
- Attend occasional in person client meetings, networking activity, X2O Media events and tradeshows
- Attend regular meetings and working sessions with the wider X2O Media Inside Sales team to establish and share prospecting techniques and best practice
- Keeping up to date on trends and news from the industry, our competitors, and our target markets and verticals
- Perform other work-related duties as required
