The Marketing Manager is responsible for enhancing and increasing marketing activities promoting retail personalization, in-store sensor technology and the shopping optimization capabilities of the Walkbase platform. The Marketing Manager will focus on strategy and tactical execution of activities that tell the Walkbase story, generate inbound leads and create sales opportunities. The right candidate for this job will be located near Scala US headquarters in Malvern, PA or STRATACACHE headquarters in Dayton, OH. The job description for this role may include the following responsibilities and qualifications:
Core responsibilities, as part of the Scala marketing team of writers, web developers, designers, event and automation specialists:
- Strategy of marketing activities across channels: Strategize and lead tactical execution marketing activities that will drive leads, promote brand awareness and showcase the value of the Walkbase solution.
- Revamp existing Walkbase brand: Collaborate with Walkbase subject matter experts and marketing specialists to establish and prioritize revitalization of Walkbase brand.
- Sales enablement: Work directly with Walkbase leaders to establish needs for B2B sales conversations about our technology solutions. Execute development of marketing assets including presentations, sell and spec sheets, marketing messaging and direct/mass communications.
- Content creation: Work with writing, design and web team members to contribute to content creation and marketing assets.
- Event or meeting collaboration: As needed, work with the sales, on-site event, facilities and marketing automation teams on execution of promotional events or on-site meetings.
- Product marketing coordination: Work directly with product managers to ensure marketing and sales messaging aligns with current hardware, software and professional services offering. Be able to quickly develop materials and copy that reflects product updates or launches.
- Sales pipeline and in-bound leads: Strategy and execution of activities that drive in-bound leads, as well as reporting on current metrics.
- Market research and competitive landscape: Understand the ever-changing global competition for technology that impacts the shopper, audience, and guest experience.
