Position Summary: Ensure that your daily duties and responsibilities are accurately completed in a Safe Manner, while ensuring Quality of product and Efficiencies are exceeded.
Duties:
- Ensure quality finished goods are being built that meet the customer's quality specifications.
- Team Members must follow all policies and work instructions.
- Perform work in a safe and efficient manner including proper use of tools and personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Slight computer work to document daily production data.
- Making sure 5S activities are completed and monitored; work stations, areas, are cleaned and organized before end of shift
- Assist in problem solving and continuous improvement processes
- Communicate and work effectively with peers and management.
- Ensure all process sheets are filled out daily.
