Assistant Quality Engineer

Primary Position Responsibilities:

• Receive in quality issues from the customer and set up sorts at the customer
• Organize and monitor customer and internal quality issues. Assist Quality Engineers in closing the issues
• Data Entry
• Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel (not including macros)
• Strong communication skills and capable of communicating with customers and leading internal meetings
• Overtime may be required on short notice
• Automotive Quality experience preferred but not required

Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

• High School Diploma
• Microsoft Office
• Problem Solving Skills

Nonessential Skills & Experience (Preferred)

• Secondary Education
• International Automotive Task Force (IATF)
• Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
• Automotive Quality Experience
