WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to oversee all aspects of operations for our Joplin branch. The General Manager will be responsible for leading daily operations, managing teams, optimizing supply chain logistics, driving revenue growth, and ensuring excellent customer service. This leadership role demands strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and the ability to create and maintain efficient systems.


Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead and manage daily operations across warehouse, service, delivery, and technical teams.

·        Oversee the placement, stocking, and maintenance of vending and market assets across multiple locations.

·        Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

·        Maintain vendor and supplier relationships to ensure consistent inventory and pricing.

·        Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to drive business success.

·        Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements.

·        Hire, train, and supervise staff while fostering a positive and accountable work culture.

·        Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to expand customer base and revenue streams.

·        Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

·        Handle escalated customer service issues and implement policies to enhance client satisfaction.

·        Drive innovation by researching and introducing new vending and market technology or product offerings.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or general management (vending industry experience a plus).
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in route management systems, inventory software, and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to vending locations as needed.
