Vice President, Product

We are looking for a VP of Product to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our payment platforms. This leader will oversee the growth of our network while enhancing our virtual card issuing capabilities to support businesses in optimizing their payment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Product Leadership & Strategy

· Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for high-performing payment platforms, with a focus on B2B transactions.

· Define a clear product vision that aligns with company objectives and addresses evolving market needs.

· Lead innovation efforts to enhance product capabilities, scalability, and adoption.

Platform Development & Optimization

· Drive the evolution of cloud-based payment solutions, ensuring efficiency, security, and compliance.

· Expand and optimize the payments network, delivering a seamless experience for users.

· Utilize AI and automation to improve transaction success rates, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.

Issuing Platform & Partnerships

· Oversee the strategic growth of the platform, expanding its capabilities for new use cases.

· Manage key partnerships with financial institutions and payment networks.

· Ensure the platform remains secure, compliant, and adaptable to digital-first payment experiences.

AI, Security & Compliance

· Integrate AI-driven solutions to enhance payments, automation, fraud detection, and risk management.

· Ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices in financial security and compliance.

· Strengthen fraud prevention, identity verification, and risk mitigation strategies.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution

· Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to drive product innovation and growth.

· Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to support product adoption and business expansion.

· Define and track key performance metrics to measure platform success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

What You Bring

· 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

· Deep expertise in B2B payments, virtual cards, and financial technology.

· Strong background in AI-driven automation, payment optimization, and predictive analytics.

· Experience in security, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

· Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills to drive business outcomes.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
