What you’ll do:  

The Role:  Reports to VP of FP&A and interacts extensively with operations and corporate teams. 

  • Responsible for generating accurate and timely financial and operational reporting. 

  • Responsible for generating projections to support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecast updates. 

  • Provide insightful and relevant analysis to enable better decision making, drive business results and deeper understanding of key trends and opportunities for business teams. 

  • Continuously improve Power BI dashboard reporting through the creation of new visualizations and insuring data integrity. 

  • Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in departmental programs and operations. 

  • Other responsibilities as assigned.  

 

Qualifications

Who you are: 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelors degree required. 

  • At least 1 year of progressive FP&A experience in FP&A within a middle market or Fortune 500 company. 

  • Experience in a private equity backed company. Multi-site Healthcare Services experience is preferred. Experience working in a multiple operating unit business. 

  • Strong experience building financial models, forecasting tools and conducting detailed financial analytics. 

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with and influence leadership, peers and external partners. 

  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex businesses and to identify the most important performance indicators and succinctly and accurately articulate meaningful conclusions and explanations. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience building sophisticated board and senior management presentations.  

  • Excel experience is a must, DAX/Power BI experience is preferred.
