Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Some weekends required)
Pay: $17+ per hour (Depending on Experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Janitorial Supervisor who is fluent in both English and Spanish to oversee cleaning operations during the evening shift. This position is responsible for supervising janitorial staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and coordinating with management to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and support janitorial staff during shift hours.

Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards.

Perform regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention.

Maintain supply inventory and communicate needs to management.

Communicate effectively with team members and management in both English and Spanish.

Assist with hands-on cleaning tasks when necessary.

Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.

Provide weekend coverage as needed.
Qualifications:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Minimum 1-2 years of janitorial or custodial experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Able to lift to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Must be dependable and punctual.
