A minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, encompassing exchanges, ad networks, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and CTV platforms.

Strong knowledge of programmatic video, including OTT/CTV sales, audience targeting, and monetization strategies.

Established relationships across the OTT ecosystem, including agencies, in-house teams, DSPs, and other major programmatic players, with an insider’s perspective on the agency and client landscape.
Compensation for the role includes a competitive base salary in the range from $145,000 - $165,000 in addition to a competitive commission structure that could bring your potential earnings up to $250,000 - $275,000 (dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset), and an excellent benefits package (including but not limited to health care benefits, retirement benefits and paid days off).
