WHO YOU ARE

Locality is seeking a Programmatic Account Executive, reporting directly to the VP of Addressable & Programmatic Revenue. This is your chance to work with industry leaders—major holding companies, agencies, DSPs, and in-house programmatic buyers—while driving significant growth for the business. You'll be at the forefront of innovation, blending traditional monetization strategies with cutting-edge, tech-enabled ad solutions to lead in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

 

  • Achieve and exceed multi-million-dollar revenue goals through targeted strategies and innovative approaches that leverage programmatic and data-driven advertising solutions. 

  • Prospect new opportunities and activate revenue streams using Private Marketplace (PMP) and Programmatic Guaranteed deals, ensuring consistent growth through strategic partnerships. 

  • Independently connect with demand-side advertising partners such as DSPs, Agency Precision Buying Units (PBUs), brand marketers, and other stakeholders to integrate Locality into their programmatic strategies. 

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with current programmatic and ad-tech partners to unlock new revenue opportunities and deepen collaborations. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams—strategy, campaign management, product, and operations—to monitor deal performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable solutions to optimize bids and maximize revenue. 

  • Provide thought leadership by consulting leadership on market opportunities, product development, and innovative approaches to expand Locality's programmatic capabilities. 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • A minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, encompassing exchanges, ad networks, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and CTV platforms. 

  • Strong knowledge of programmatic video, including OTT/CTV sales, audience targeting, and monetization strategies. 

  • Deep understanding of the technologies powering programmatic monetization and a nuanced view of the online advertising ecosystem. 

  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, capable of driving new growth independently while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented culture. 

  • A solutions-driven individual with a knack for creative thinking and developing new value propositions tailored to client needs. 

  • Established relationships across the OTT ecosystem, including agencies, in-house teams, DSPs, and other major programmatic players, with an insider’s perspective on the agency and client landscape. 

 

Compensation for the role includes a competitive base salary in the range from $145,000 - $165,000 in addition to a competitive commission structure that could bring your potential earnings up to $250,000 - $275,000 (dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset), and an excellent benefits package (including but not limited to health care benefits, retirement benefits and paid days off).
