Education and experience required:
- High School Diploma required
- Must have knowledge of the grammar and usage of the designated non-English language, and English usage and grammar.
- Must have knowledge of the colloquialisms idiomatic and idiomatic expressions of the designated non-English language.
- Ability to translate routing correspondence into the designated non-English language and from the non-English language to English.
- Ability to convey the appropriate information, questions, and instruction in a manner which is understood by all persons involved.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with associates and the general public.
POSITION TYPE AND WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time position with fringe benefits. Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM with 30-minute lunch break or as agreed to with the supervisor. Days: Monday thru Friday.
Eligibility and participation is handled consistent with the plan documents and HFP policy.
