The Crew Hangar is the lifestyle and gear arm of Elevate Aviation, built for ramp agents, flightline crews, and blue-collar pros who live the mission every day. From safety-ready hydration bottles to street-tough graphic tees, we create gear that reps the grind.

We’re now hiring a Social Media Content Marketing Specialist to lead the charge—and the community behind it.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be more than a content creator. You’ll be the face, voice, and momentum driver behind our entire online ecosystem.

This role includes:

• Creating and posting content across IG, TikTok, and more (Reels, Stories, memes, videos)

• Leading our Ambassador Crew—keeping them engaged, motivated, and selling

• Distributing coupons, giveaways, and exclusive merch to spark awareness and reward performance

• Tracking ambassador activity and earning a small portion of their sales

• Replying to comments, reposting great content, and staying active in our social community

• Recruiting new high-quality ramp agents to join the brand (UGC creators, real crew)

• Ensuring brand voice and language are consistent and strong across all content

This role blends strategy and creativity. You’re part hype squad, part brand guardrail, and all-in on building a movement that represents the crew.

How You Get Paid:

• Commission on every sale you drive through affiliate codes or links

• Override earnings on a portion of the sales made by your ambassador network

• Free and discounted merch to use in content or rep in the field

• Bonuses and drop rewards tied to campaign performance, creative wins, or milestone unlocks

Who You Are:

• Comfortable on camera, behind captions, or in creative direction

• Highly organized and energetic about growing a team and community

• A strong communicator who knows how to fire people up

• Up-to-date on IG and TikTok trends both universal and ground aviation.

• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or other lightweight editing tools

• A self-starter who thrives in freedom (no micromanaging here)

• 1099 Independent Contractor

• Remote / Flexible Hours

• Must be U.S.-based

• You'll operate within our Ambassador Ops Center and receive insider briefings, campaign calendars, and early product previews

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, or other social-first platforms (personal or brand work)

• Strong visual and written communication skills—you can make a post pop and a caption convert

• Comfortable with AI technology 

• Comfortable filming, editing, and publishing short-form video (using tools like CapCut, Canva, InShot, or similar)

• Confident leading and motivating others—especially digital brand ambassadors or affiliate teams

• Familiar with affiliate marketing, social selling, or commission-based promotions

• Passion for (or familiarity with) aviation, ramp life, workwear culture, or blue-collar branding

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creators and keep track of codes, sales, and drop calendars

• Able to stay on-brand with tone, visuals, and voice across all content and messaging

• Self-driven with a growth mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to post, you’re always scanning for the next trend or hook

• Comfortable engaging with the community—liking, commenting, reposting, replying, and sparking real connections

• U.S.-based with the ability to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor

• High School Diploma or Higher
