Description

Responsible for the human resources function of the hospital to promote the effective and efficient utilization of hospital personnel.  He/she ensures facility's compliance with the policies and procedures of the company as well as Federal, State, TJC and Medicare/Medicaid regulations in relation to Human Resources.  The Generalist plans, coordinates, and administers policies, procedures and programs that relate to all phases of the HR activity including employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, development, recruitment and employment.

 

Qualifications

  1. Bachelors degree in HR Management or related field
  2. Three to five years of experience in the HR field, healthcare preferred
  3. Solid knowledge of HR principles and practices to include employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, labor relations, training and development
  4. SHRM/HRCI professional HR certified preferred (CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and working knowledge in HRIS systems, Paycom preferred
  5. Must be able to read, write, and speak English, as well as possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
