WHAT WE DO

VIVA Railings leads the industry in innovation, designing decorative metal and glass railing systems that redefine commercial spaces with safety, elegance, and distinctive design. Our commitment is not only to meet industry standards but to exceed them, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in architectural design. If you’re driven by results and want to grow with a company that values performance, creativity, and forward-thinking, this is the place for you.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITYS

1. CRM Optimization & Lead Pipeline Management

  • Own and manage outbound and inbound lead flow via tools like Apollo.io and Salesforce.

  • Clean, deduplicate, and segment lead lists based on engagement, geography, and target trade partners.

  • Maintain lead assignment rules and lifecycle tracking to ensure data hygiene.

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track lead quality, activity, and follow-up rates.

2. Lead Source Integration & Digital Channel Tracking

  • Integrate and track lead data from architectural platforms such as CADdetails, BIMobject, BSD SpecLink, and Acelab.

  • Monitor architect/specifier activity (downloads, product specs) and translate engagement into actionable insights.

  • Route qualified leads to Sales, and set up automated nurturing workflows for cold or early-stage leads.

  • Ensure digital product assets (CAD, BIM, cut sheets) are current and consistent across all platforms.

3. Sales & Marketing Analytics

  • Report on marketing campaign performance, sales territory conversion rates, and lead source ROI.

  • Analyze funnel behavior and campaign-to-conversion progression (MQL to SQL) across all channels.

  • Surface trends and actionable data for leadership to influence content development and outreach strategy.

4. Technical Asset & Content Management

  • Collaborate monthly with Marketing and Design to audit and update customer-facing technical content (BIM, CAD, white papers, cut sheets).

  • Ensure version control and accuracy of all digital materials deployed via website, RFPs, or portals.

  • Support marketing initiatives by aligning product documentation with sales tools.

5. Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Serve as a day-to-day liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Design.

  • Support leadership presentations, RFP responses, and internal reporting with data and visuals.

  • Participate in bi-weekly sales and strategy meetings with performance updates.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Clean, segmented CRM data with improved lead-to-opportunity ratios.

  • ROI visibility across marketing and architectural channel investments.

  • Up-to-date technical documentation aligned with digital distribution platforms.

  • Increased alignment and communication between Sales, Marketing, and Design teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related technical field; Master’s in Finance or Business preferred.

  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Power BI, and Apollo.io (or similar tools).

  • Strong analytical and communication skills; able to translate data into strategy.

  • Highly collaborative; thrives in a cross-functional environment.

  • Work authorization in the U.S. is required (current valid visa is acceptable).

  • Local candidates preferred to support in-person collaboration.
