Array is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will conduct market and prospect research, strategize, and develop marketing proposals in response to RFP/RFQs, keep up to date with the industry's latest developments, trends, competitors, and promotional opportunities. The Senior Marketing Coordinator ensures the strategic alignment between the organization's goals and the development of marketing campaigns to meet those objectives. The Senior Marketing Coordinator organizes, coordinates and controls marketing activities across the firm's seven offices.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, research, and produce marketing materials, and digital media, including campaigns and website content.
- Manage the proposal process, including creating and maintaining the proposal planner board, facilitation of win strategy discussion, curating and editing all relevant experience spreads, collect and integrate consultant materials, write non-technical text and conduct proofreading and quality review of all proposal content.
- Provide storyboarding and message development for strategic pursuits.
- Develop a strong understanding of the Array brand, tone and project assets, and leverage that understanding to extend the brand consistently across all marketing collateral.
- Develop an instinct to gain understanding and insights to client-specific goals and expectations tied to proposal responses to effectively guide the planning and execution of proposals.
- Coordinate collateral for events, including but not limited to, conferences, career fairs, and project tours.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials and databases, in concert with communications and business development colleagues.
- Maintain ownership of marketing initiatives with a significant amount of self-direction and progressive thinking.
- Provide support and coordination on public relation efforts for content and social media channels.
- Act as ambassador for Array’s brand and core values ensuring integration across marketing initiatives.
