Custom Applicator

In this role, you’ll operate advanced equipment to apply crop protection products and fertilizers with accuracy and care. You’ll be a key player in helping growers achieve optimal yields while maintaining environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain custom application equipment (sprayers, spreaders, etc.)
• Apply fertilizers and crop protection products according to agronomic recommendations and regulations
• Perform routine equipment inspections and minor repairs
• Assist with agronomy services such as soil sampling, scouting, and field mapping
• Maintain accurate application records and communicate effectively with agronomy staff and growers

• Valid CDL (Class A or B) with appropriate endorsements (or willingness to obtain)
• Applicator’s license (or ability to obtain)
• Experience operating agricultural machinery preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Seasonal flexibility and willingness to work extended hours during peak periods
